Dumping of Malba/Garbage at unauthorised place is strictly prohibited. If the malba/Garbage is found dumped in front of any house, Industrial /Commercial / Office Buildings, the defaulter will be challaned and the malba removed at the cost of the owner of such building. In case malba is dumped at common place the Welfare Committee is requested to identify the guilty or the Welfare Committee of the area will be responsible for its removal.The residents are requested to dump their malba at authorised dumping sites.

Permission for Road Cut

Permission is required for making a road cut for laying any service across the road. Application for road cut is to be submitted to the Central Complaint Centre, Sector 17, Chandigarh. The Road Cut can be done within 10 days from the date of application and desposit of road cut restoration charges. Note :- The permission is valid for the specified period. The road cut is to be made with all the necessary precautions. Permission for Storage of Building Materials during Construction

Permission is required to use road berms or other Municipal Open area for storage of material for construction purposes, both for public and private construction. The permission for storing the construction material can be obtained from the Central Complaint Centre between 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. on all working days. For New Construction
Upto 1000 Sq. ft   ----	Rs. 1000/- (For first 6 months) Rs. 250/- (Per Month for subsequent period )
Above 1000 Sq. ft   ----	Rs. 2000/- (For first 6 months) Rs. 500/- ( Per Month for subsequent period )

For Additional and Alteration
Upto 1000 Sq. ft   ----	Rs. 250/- (Per Month)
Above 1000 Sq. ft   ----	Rs. 500/- ( Per Month)

In case material is stored without permission penalty will be imposed at double the rates.

Procedure for Filing of Application for N.O.C.

1. Proof of the Residence

2. Affidavit regarding use of Building.

3. Rough sketch/line plan of the building signed by the Owner.

4. Report of Patwari.

  Issue of N.O.C. ---- Within 15 days after the receipt of the Application.
